Roadway lighting, Riyadh, KSA

“Bringing so much light to this area, where people have been living for some time, has brought joy to our residents. We are delighted to see that our due diligence has been worthwhile, with Scotia Monopole Systems proving themselves once again in the field. Our installation team was trained by Scotia at their facility in Austria. They successfully completed the installation in late 2015 and the system was then commissioned by Scotia engineers. We are now moving on to the next phase with Scotia in the development of off-grid and micro-grid projects.”

Scotia delivered a project of 136 masts for a roadway in Riyadh, capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The client required a high yield off-grid solution and Monopole 2.0 WP4 masts were specified with LC battery configurations and EWO 56W lampheads.

The monitoring system reports that the batteries are fully recharged every day before noon.
